Turbotic
No-code automation built around plain-English instructions
A genuinely easier way to automate workflows than traditional RPA tools. You describe what you want; it builds, tests, and runs it.
Turbotic comes from a Swedish team that spent years building enterprise RPA before launching the consumer-facing Automation AI product in late 2025. That heritage shows: it handles security, error recovery, and process auditing better than most no-code automation tools targeting the same audience.
Who it’s for
Founders, ops leads, and small teams who need to automate real workflows but don’t want to spend a week learning Make.com or Zapier’s logic editor. Particularly strong fit if you’re in a regulated industry where data handling matters.
If you’re already deeply embedded in n8n or Make and have your workflows tuned, switching probably isn’t worth it. Turbotic shines when you’re starting fresh.
What it actually does well
The headline feature is also the headline differentiator: you describe an automation in plain English, and Turbotic builds, tests, and runs it. No drag-and-drop nodes, no manual trigger configuration. The AI handles the orchestration; you just describe the outcome.
The security posture is unusual for a tool in this category. Customer data isn’t used for AI training, the platform is built on Microsoft Azure, and they hold ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2. If you’re automating anything that touches customer or financial data, this matters.
Self-healing workflows are the other thing worth flagging. When an integrated tool changes its UI or API response slightly, Turbotic adapts rather than breaking. Anyone who’s lost a Saturday to a Zapier zap silently failing will appreciate this.
Where it gets awkward
The integration library is smaller than Zapier’s or Make’s. Zapier has been at this for over a decade and supports 8,000+ apps. Turbotic’s catalog is growing but narrower. If your stack lives in niche or older SaaS tools, check the integrations list before committing.
There’s no permanent free plan. You get a 14-day trial of the AI builder, then it’s $15 per seat per month minimum. Fair pricing for the value, but worth knowing if you wanted to keep something running indefinitely on free.
How it compares
Versus Zapier: Turbotic wins on AI-native workflows where the agent needs to interpret content. Zapier still wins on raw integration breadth and when you know exactly what data needs to go where.
Versus Make.com: Turbotic is dramatically easier to set up. Make is more powerful for complex multi-branch logic but has a steeper learning curve.
Versus Lindy: similar AI-first philosophy. Lindy leans more toward agent-style workflows (handle this email, run this meeting), Turbotic leans more toward business-process automation (reconcile expenses, route invoices).
What we like
- Plain-English automation, no flowchart canvas
- Strong on security (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, Azure-hosted)
- Self-healing workflows handle minor changes automatically
- Built-in AI agents for common business tasks
What to watch
- Smaller integration library than Zapier or Make
- No permanent free plan
- Newer platform — less community knowledge to draw on
